Here's what people have to say about me:
From the Builder Broker Journal:
"Mella Pool is a genuinely wonderful person; professional, hard working, and well-balanced."
"Mella knows people like an agent with a system. They like someone who is organized and taking care of them."
"Others know that Mella is not in Real Estate just for the money. She believes that if you do a good job, provide good service to your customers and clients, and care about them, you will be successful."
News & Observer 2004- Mella tries to educate the buyer on the entire Market. "I show them what their money will buy and make them think about where they want to live."
Mella, Jennifer, and the team,
Thank you for all your work for the sale of our house. We have greatly appreciated all you did for us in this process. You have been great in so many areas: Staging the home and preparing it for the sale, guiding us through the negotiations and defending our interests when needed, as well as taking care of all the little details involved in the deal while keeping us updated at all times. We are very glad we chose you as our agent and would choose you again if we were still in Raleigh.
Sincerely,
Bernard and Jennifer
Hello Stacy,
Thank you so very much for all of your time this week and excellent insight, I am really happy that we will live in Heritage, it will be a nice place for Ava and our family. Our new house will become our home, and I can hardly wait to see the end result.
As we shared with you mid-week, you exceeded our expectations with respect to your professionalism, knowledge and friendly personality. I will never forget what you did and want to say a sincere thank you.
Kevin and I are in the process of writing a letter to FM Realty and Primacy, sharing how pleased we were to be working with you. It is the least we can do to write these letters, and if there is anything that we can ever do to help you, please just ask.
Kevin and I had a few questions about our home, and will be in touch in touch in the next few days. The attached picture was taken on our way out of town. Each time I went in to look at our new home, I felt a million different things, but walking through knowing that it was going to be my new home, was a totally different feeling I can't describe. Again, glad that we are working with you, and look forward to seeing you soon. Take care.
Again, if there is anything that I can ever do for you or your family in the future, just call.
Best Regards, Ann
